Clock Face

- Imagine a large clock on the wall

- Place your hand in the centre of the clock, pushing slightly into the wall

- Chose a time, and push your hand up towards it, then return to the centre

- Repeat with different times on the clock face until your arm feels tired

- Use a cloth under your hand to help it slide 

Ball Clock Face

- Put a ball (gym ball, football or tennis ball) under your hand to increase the challenge
