Laura Hedley

Laura Hedley is a specialist physiotherapist in the management of shoulder and elbow conditions, and currently works as an Extended Scope Practitioner for the NHS. She graduated from Northumbria University in 2007 with an MSc in Physiotherapy, having previously studied for an undergraduate degree in Psychology at Nottingham University. Laura has completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and is a trained injection therapist. She is a Chartered Physiotherapist and a member of the Health Care Professions Council. Laura has extensive experience treating shoulder and elbow pathologies both within the NHS and the private sector. She currently works closely with orthopaedic consultants providing an integrated approach to the management of complex shoulder and elbow conditions. Laura believes in a simple and honest approach to patient care and is passionate about education, ideas sharing and evidence-based practice.
