Wall Press

- Face the wall, around arms length away.

- Place your hands on the wall around shoulder width apart.

- Bend your elbows and lean into the wall, hold for a couple of seconds and then push away until your arms are straight.

Ball Press

- Face the wall, around arms length away.

 

- Place your hands on the ball, with the ball against the wall around shoulder width apart.

 

- Bend your elbows and lean into the wall, hold for a couple of seconds and then push away until your arms are straight.
